The Full Service :-
This is our most commonly used service. The full service is taken by most clients, but used in different ways and to different degrees. Some clients have no idea where to begin and approach Inga Bray Wedding Consultants to provide focus and direction. Other clients have very defined ideas but are looking for a professional to implement them. We have clients who have just become engaged or are thinking about the idea of marriage, and some who come to us part way through their planning.
Whether you’re just starting out or part way through, whether you’re fully in control or unsure what to do, the ‘Full Service’ could be just what you’re looking for..
- First follow up consultation - theme, venue and suppliers.
- Into the detail - announcements, stationery, ceremony, budgeting etc.
- Supplier liaison - organising details, contracts and payment.
- Pre-wedding build up - supplier follow up, finalising numbers and detail.
- On the day assistance - final checks, advice and assistance, low profile attendance (if req.).
- Wedding follow up - marriage announcements, dress cleaning, hire returns.
- Honeymoon - transportation, hotel bookings, honeymoon extras
You can expect every element of your wedding to be organised, checked and then double checked. As well as practical organisation we are also on hand to offer advice and support throughout the run up to your wedding and on the day itself. Full details of all the services included in this package will be discussed at your free initial consultation.
Cost: Usually based on 8% - 10% of budget (min. fee £750). N.B. A high proportion of the fee is often recovered through negotiated supplier savings being passed directly on to the client.

7 To 10 Day Pre-Wedding Build Up :-
If you want to relax and enjoy the final build up to your wedding day, why not let us take the pressure off you by ensuring all the final arrangements are taken care of?
In the lead up to your day, we will liaise with all of your suppliers to confirm that all arrangements are in accordance with your expectations. We will then be in attendance on the day, discreetly ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
Supplier Search :-
If time and/or budget are issues, let us find the venue and the right suppliers for you. By initially working together we can create a good idea of the style of wedding and the budget you are working to, which will allow us to find and book all of your suppliers. You can then work with them to create your themes and decide on the details.
